Collection: Flex memories
The gadget is a thin, respectful NFC contactless badge and is meant to be draped across a tomb within a cemetery. The badge indicates the name of the deceased person, "John Doe," and includes an NFC icon to denote its contactless functionality. The badge allows the users to pair with the badge using their smartphones in order to get more details or send a message to the family of the owner.
How to Use
Approach the Grave: Place your smartphone above the grave in which the NFC contactless badge is positioned.
Activate NFC on Your Smartphone: Ensure the NFC (Near Field Communication) function is activated within your smartphone. Most modern smartphones have this facility, which normally appears in the settings area.
Tap the Badge: Place the smartphone near the NFC contactless badge. The NFC chip inside the badge will transmit information to your phone once they are beside each other.
Engage with Notification: Your phone screen shall bear a notification, which calls out to connect or engage with them. On click, view information related to the badge.
Look at Information: The interaction may lead to several different measures like displaying further details about the departed, displaying condolence messages by the members, or providing an avenue through which a digital obit may be left behind.
Contact the Family: Where possible, you might be offered an option to contact the family directly via the provided details.
This technology offers a modern, respectful way of staying in touch and keeping loved ones in mind, with an interactive experience at the cemetery.
